Objective - Providing prerequisites for the creation of sustainable jobs in the NGO "Resource Centre for European Cooperation" for 6 unemployed and inactive people through the creation of new jobs and qualification training.

The idea for the project was provoked by our desire to increase the efficiency and quality of the services offered, to better interact with customers and improve the business environment.

Activities: recruitment of unemployed and/or inactive persons for a period of up to 12 months; provision of vocational training to persons already recruited under the project; training of persons recruited under the project in Key Competence 2 "Communication in foreign languages" and Key Competence 4 "Digital competence"; purchase of equipment and furniture related to the creation of new jobs; organisation and management and information and publicity.

 The target group consists of a total of 6 unemployed and inactive persons, 4 of whom meet the following specific categories:

• Unemployed or inactive persons with disabilities - 1 (one)
• Unemployed youth up to 29 years incl. - 3 (three)

With the implementation of the project we expect to achieve the following results:

• Expanding the scope of the association's activities by creating new jobs and recruiting new staff;
• Sustainable labour market integration of the project participants;
• Creating sustainable jobs and training;
